Chairman & CEO

Tim Gallagher

After the successful creation and exit of a gold royalty company, Tim was researching other types of long term "royalty cash flows" and discovered that intellectual property rights or copyrights are protected for the Life of the Author plus 70 years. In March

2018, he founded the company and made the first investment in Music Royalties. He is also the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Green Royalties Inc. and the former Chairman & CEO of Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd 2009-2017. He is a former Founder and Director of several TSX Venture Exchange listed CPCs including Biorem Inc, Soltoro Ltd, Schneider Power Inc. and Xtierra Inc. Tim has invested in, financed, managed and assisted in the growth of numerous companies in the royalty, resource, clean tech and technology sectors primarily by taking them public since 1997.

From Corus Entertainment, Chris brings over 25 years of successful, results driven radio management experience. Most recently, as Vice President of Corus Radio East, he provided strong leadership and direction to Corus' FM stations in Toronto - Q107 and

102.1 the Edge - as well as stations in Ottawa and the rest of Eastern Canada. Radio stations under his leadership experienced strong growth and consistently exceeded targets from both audience and client perspectives.

Previously, Chris' roles have included, Vice President Radio Sales overseeing all Radio, Digital, and Event Sales across Canada; Vice President Regional Ontario Radio, Vice President of Corus Radio Western Ontario, and General Manager Corus Radio Toronto.

​

Previous experience also includes serving as Band Manager for Juno nominated and Gold Record recording artist, Wild Strawberries

Chris has also served on the Board of Canadian Broadcast Sales and the Ontario Association of Broadcasters and was a member of the Radio Executive of Numeris. He also served on the Board of the National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS).

Ted Ellis

From 2002-2015, Ellis enjoyed a successful career at Corus Entertainment in Toronto. In that time Ellis moved through key roles at major programming networks and the VP Corus/Sony Music .

 

Ellis sits on the boards of The Country Music Association in Nashville (CMA) and the Canadian Country Music Association in Toronto (CCMA) where he serves as Chairman of the Board. Ellis was previously a board member of CMT Canada.

Andrew Robertson

Director

Andrew has over 25 years experience in the buy-side fixed income and debt analysis, and sell-side bank syndication. Prior to joining a  buy-side fixed income group within a Canadian insurance company he worked as a venture capitalist and was a Director of Excalibur Resources Ltd.. Prior to this Andrew worked RBC, GE Capital and a Japanese bank.  Andrew holds an MBA from University of Toronto.

Connor is a graduate of Western University. He is the founder of Muskoka DD, an Uber Boat service, and is Founder of FOMO Capital Inc, an investment firm with focus on alternative royalty investments. Connor has also raised money for Metalla Royalty & Streaming.
